UPDATE 4/5/21: Last day to register for your vaccination is on 4/8/21.

UPDATE 3/26/21: This particular CVC site is giving the Pfizer vaccination which means 2 doses, 3 weeks apart. It also means anyone 16 years and older is eligible.

A Community Vaccination Center (CVC) has opened by Potomac Mills Mall at the Old Gander Mountain Store (across from Walmart). Simply fill out the registration form with the required information and the call center of the CVC will personally contact you to schedule your appointment.

It is our goal as a church to do our part to ensure as many people as possible can get vaccinated. Please feel free to share this link with any of your friends. The information provided will be securely shared with the Commonwealth of Virginia and the CVC staff.

Please note the vaccine will be made available base on Virginia Department of Health guidelines.
